Thank you so much for your kindness, patience and help with getting me through the process of purchasing the 2009 Malibu!  I know that I can be tedious at times but you (and Tom) stuck with me until I could feel right about making the purchase.  Thank you for pulling the LTZ out of sales and holding it back so that I could take the time I needed.

I have been delighted with the service and body shop areas at LaRiche. (Karen, Steve, Dave, Barry, Jim G, Joel and Tiffany).  The work has been excellent and it is so nice to see the same faces each time I visit...its also nice that they remember who I am when they see me,  I have recommended LaRiche to several firends and hope that you will get some businell from them in the coming weeks and months.

Please tell Steve Tong that the brake work on the HHR was excellent.  I appreciate him (and the technicial who did the work) taking the time to figure out how to correct the problem.  Also, the car was clean on the inside when I picked it up.  Thank you to whoever wiped it down when they were finished working on it.

In closing, thank you for a very nice car buying experience.  Thank you for a very satisfying "dealer" experience in terms of service, accessories, and body shop.  I appreciate the way I am treated when I come to the LaRiche Chevrolet Cadillac dealership and look forward to many more years of business relationships.
