A great place to find a car, whether new or used. We got the best treatment from our salesman, Brett Frakes. He was knowledgeable, interested in our comments and so naturally nice. Try out LaRiche if you like Chevies or, have never driven one. You will end up returning for another car, just like we have.
I seem to never have luck with car sales people as I never get what I ask for. Here, Brittany Jackson listened to me to a T! She takes the time to listen, and actually comes up with the vehicle best for the person or what they ask for! She haa the most bubbly, fun spirited personality i know, its hard to not laugh around her, i felt like we were long lost best friends lol! She and this company (except the service department, who chooses to not listen) did Not disappoint!

Thanks for working me in! I was in a bind: my window would go down but a bad switch kept it from going back up. LaRiche got the faulty switch fixed and their safety inspection found a bulb that was out. Since it was not an owner-replaceable bulb, I was able to get it fixed during the same visit.

Absolutely spectacular! Brett was by far the best salesman I have ever encountered.He was so enthusiastic, extremely knowledgeable, and just easy to deal with. He has continued to assist me, having issues with the mychevy app and such. I'm still waiting for tech to figure that out for me. Meanwhile, Brett said I have to perform a command from my cellphone before his sale is final. He is being very pacient. Unfortunately, there is a technical issue I am waiting for OnStar to figure out. I will recommend Brett to anyone I know!

The workers were very friendly and offered plenty of info on the condition of my Traverse. I had a bad valve stem on my tire which was replaced for free, and they called about a part under warranty going bad to get it replaced.
Mr. Frank's in the used cars is the best. Always make the unimaginable happen. This was our 4th truck from him.
